Request On-Site ServiceWhat Is Machinery Blasting & Coating?
Heavy construction equipment takes a beating. Rust, road grime, hydraulic fluid, and years of abuse eat through factory coatings fast. Our machinery blasting and coating service strips every surface to bare metal using SSPC SP-10 near-white blast standards, then applies zinc primers, epoxy intermediates, and urethane topcoats, or polyurea bed liners, engineered for the punishment your equipment faces every day.
- SSPC SP-10 near-white metal blast on all structural surfaces
- Zinc-rich primers for maximum corrosion resistance
- Epoxy intermediate coats for chemical and impact resistance
- Urethane topcoats in any color, OEM match available
- Polyurea spray-on bed liners for dump bodies and hoppers
- Full disassembly and reassembly coordination available

The Process
How We Restore Heavy Equipment
Intake & Assessment
We inspect every piece of equipment, document existing damage, and develop a coating spec tailored to the machine's duty cycle and operating environment.
Blast to Bare Metal
All surfaces are abrasive-blasted to SSPC SP-10 near-white metal. Tight corners, welds, and undercarriage areas get special attention to ensure full adhesion.
Prime, Coat & Cure
Zinc primer is applied within minutes of blasting. Epoxy and urethane topcoats follow in controlled conditions. Final QC inspection before equipment is returned.
Equipment We Service
Equipment We Service
From pavers to excavators, if it works on a job site, we can blast and coat it.
Asphalt Pavers
Screed plates, hoppers, and frames blasted and coated with heat-resistant systems that stand up to asphalt temperatures and constant abrasion.
Concrete Mixers
Drum exteriors, frames, and chutes stripped and recoated with epoxy systems resistant to concrete splatter, moisture, and chemical attack.
Dump Trucks & Bodies
Truck bodies blasted and lined with polyurea or epoxy, impact-resistant, corrosion-proof, and easy to clean. Frames coated with zinc-epoxy-urethane systems.
Excavators & Backhoes
Boom arms, buckets, and undercarriage components blasted and coated with abrasion-resistant epoxy systems designed for ground-contact duty.
Motor Graders
Blade assemblies, frames, and cabs restored with full blast-and-coat systems. OEM color matching available for fleet consistency.
Skid Steers & Loaders
Lift arms, buckets, and chassis blasted to bare metal and coated with durable urethane topcoats that resist chips, scratches, and UV fade.
Coating Systems
Coating Systems We Apply
Every system is selected for the specific demands of heavy construction equipment.
Zinc-Rich Primer
Corrosion ProtectionInorganic or organic zinc primers applied directly to bare metal provide galvanic protection, the gold standard for structural steel and equipment frames.
Epoxy Intermediate
Chemical & Impact ResistanceHigh-build epoxy coats seal the surface and provide a tough barrier against hydraulic fluids, fuel, concrete, and mechanical impact.
Urethane Topcoat
UV & Abrasion ResistanceAliphatic urethane topcoats deliver color retention, gloss, and surface hardness. Available in any color with OEM fleet matching.
Polyurea Spray Liner
Dump Bodies & HoppersSpray-applied polyurea forms a seamless, flexible liner that absorbs impact, resists abrasion, and eliminates rust in dump bodies, hoppers, and material chutes.
