The Process
How Our Floor Blasting & Coating Process Works
Surface Blasting & Profile
We shot-blast or scarify the existing floor to remove failing coatings and achieve the ICRI CSP 3-5 anchor profile required for industrial coating adhesion.
Coating System Application
We apply the specified epoxy, urethane, or polyurea system in the correct thickness, primer, body coat, and topcoat, per manufacturer and project specs.
Safety Line Remarking
Once the base coat cures, we lay out and apply OSHA-compliant safety lines, aisle markings, hazard zones, and equipment boundaries using durable floor paint or tape.
Coating Systems
Floor Coating Systems
Engineered for industrial performance
Epoxy Floor Coating
General IndustrialHigh-build epoxy provides excellent chemical resistance and a hard, cleanable surface. Ideal for warehouses, manufacturing floors, and food processing areas.
Urethane Topcoat
High-Traffic AreasApplied over epoxy primer, urethane topcoats add UV stability, abrasion resistance, and a gloss finish that holds up under forklift traffic.
Polyurea Coating
Fast-Cure / Extreme DutyRapid-cure polyurea systems minimize downtime and deliver superior impact and abrasion resistance for the most demanding industrial environments.
Safety Line Paint
OSHA ComplianceOSHA 1910.22-compliant floor marking paint in standard safety colors, yellow aisles, red hazard zones, white equipment boundaries, and more.
