The Process
01
Fleet Assessment & Scheduling
Fleet work runs on your schedule, not ours. We assess the vehicles, identify rust and coating failure areas, and build a work plan that minimizes downtime. Our mobile rig comes to your yard or facility so your fleet does not leave the property. We can work through a fleet rotation to keep vehicles in service while others are being restored.
- Mobile service: we come to your yard or facility
- Fleet rotation scheduling to minimize downtime
- Each vehicle assessed for rust grade and coating condition
- Work plan built around your operational needs
02
Blast to Bare Metal
Every vehicle gets blasted to bare metal. Rust, corrosion, old paint, and surface contamination are fully removed. We work the entire surface: body panels, frames, undercarriages, and hard-to-reach areas. SSPC surface prep standards are followed throughout. The new coating system needs a clean, properly profiled surface to bond to and last.
- Full vehicle blasted to bare metal: body, frame, and undercarriage
- All rust, corrosion, and old coatings removed
- Hard-to-reach areas and seams fully addressed
- SSPC surface prep standards met throughout
03
Industrial Coating System Applied
With the surface properly prepped, we apply the coating system specified for the fleet. Whether that is a factory-spec finish, a corrosion-resistant primer and topcoat, or a specialized coating for the service environment, we apply it to the full vehicle. Fleet vehicles take a beating. The coating system we put on is built to handle it.
- Industrial-grade coating system applied to full vehicle
- Factory-spec finish or custom coating matched to service environment
- Corrosion-resistant primer and topcoat applied
- Uniform coverage verified across all surfaces
